01Overview

Due to the nature of digital goods and the immediate delivery of services, FearAuth generally does not offer refunds. By purchasing a subscription or license, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below regarding our refund policy.

02Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may only be considered under the following specific circumstances:

  • Double payment for the same subscription due to a technical error in our processing system.
  • Failure of the service to function as described, provided you have contacted our support team and followed all troubleshooting steps.
  • Accidental purchase, if reported within 24 hours AND no license keys or API requests have been used.

03Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-refundable:

  • One-time fee plans once the account has been activated.
  • Any subscription where license keys have already been generated and used.
  • Banned accounts due to violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Change of mind after the product has been accessed.

04Request Process

To request a refund, please contact us at support@fearauth.online or via our Discord ticket system. You must provide your transaction ID and a detailed reason for the request. All requests are reviewed manually by our team within 3-5 business days.

Note: Charging back through your bank or payment processor without contacting us first will result in an immediate and permanent ban of your FearAuth account.
